Our Brand Values

INNOVATION

We are the always-curious, ever-hopeful ones. We keep our eyes on the horizon for opportunities to re-imagine our industry, introduce new concepts to the world, and create long-lasting Good in our communities.

GENEROSITY

We give with open hands and open hearts, holding nothing back. We push the boundaries of excellence in our work and in our service to our customers. Generosity is woven into the DNA of Going Ultraviolet from the ground up.

ETHICS

We are not content with following the status quo. We join the chorus of others seeking a higher standard of ethics in our industry. We are committed to changing the entrepreneurial community for the better and leaving a legacy of freedom-fighters in our wake.

Diversity, Inclusion & Anti-Racism Work

We are actively doing deep inner work around white privilege and white supremacy, from personal and professional standpoints.

As Going Ultraviolet expands to work with product makers, contractors, service providers, influencers, interns, and employees our search will regularly include Black and non-Black experts of color and our sharing/buying/hiring choices will reflect this. Our social media and website imagery will also reflect the beauty of our diverse entrepreneurial industry. We are proud to partner with all people regardless of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran, and basis of disability.

In June 2021, we launched a 50% BIPOC scholarship code for the Sales Page Toolkit. This scholarship code is permanently available. More information about the code can be found here.

We are invested in making sure that our work in ethical, humanized sales is informed by and contributes to the conversation about anti-racism and anti-discrimination practices. We welcome constructive criticism and calls higher.

AS OF JANUARY 1, 2022, GOING ULTRAVIOLET IS A ONE-PERSON TEAM.

Transparency is important to us. Even more specificity will come with time and added team members, and we are committed to being upfront about plans and goals as they take shape. This is the beginning of a long dialogue.
