• Who are these templates and toolkits created for?

  My templates and toolkits are created for all kinds of business owners, mostly in the online space but occasionally with brick-and-mortar shops too! Awesome humans who have utilized these resources include: coaches, digital product makers, membership and group leaders, educators, graphic designers, photographers, strategists, copywriters, therapists, consultants, and more! • How do I know if my business is ready for one of these resources?

  Every business is ready for strategic sales funnel copy from the day it is launched. Your sales funnel needs to provide prospective customers with critical details about your offers so they can prequalify themselves and make a wise financial decision. That means your copy needs to be strong from day one!
  
  My sales copy educational resources are NOT just cute writing exercises. They are deeply STRATEGIC and will help you create an organized flow of information that leads your customers through your sales funnel. This requires knowledge of humanized sales psychology AND copywriting best practices. Not every educator (even a well-known and successful biz owner) is a strategic copywriter and you get what you pay for.
  
  ‍If your copy isn't converting as well as you feel it should be, hasn't been updated in a long time, seems to be attracting the wrong customers, or is being rebranded or rebuilt from scratch, investing in learning how to write more strategic copy would be a good next step.
  
  NOTE: You should have deep knowledge of your brand, ideal target audience, offers, and price structure before you use my resources... BUT my customers often report that my resources brought them more clarity on their offers as they drafted new content! Now that's awesome.

• Can I pay you to review my new content when I'm done drafting?

  Yes, I'm happy to offer copy review videos to customers who have purchased my sales copy educational resources!
  
  Each video is 30 minutes long, highly detailed, and packed with strategy. During reviews, I’m looking for storytelling structure, sales psychology friction, conversion-busters, and specific areas to make your copy more compelling. I’m not just looking for typos - though I’ll be sure to communicate if your grammar needs improvement!

  Review videos cost $200 USD each and are returned within 3-4 business days. You can request one by emailing me at kristen@goingultraviolet.com. Simply tell me your first name, last name, best email address for invoicing, and which template you purchased.

• If I find I need extra help, can I hire you to write my content for me?

  My schedule is extremely limited. Very occasionally, I offer custom copywriting services to people who have purchased my resources who would be a great fit for working together! You can always email me to ask about my availability and I can give you a custom quote based on the content piece you are working on.

• Can you guarantee that any of your resources will help me make more sales?

  It would be unethical of me to promise that you’ll become more profitable simply by downloading a resource from my shop. Your profitability also depends on if your ideal audience really wants your product or service, how well you market yourself online, how great your website traffic is, etc.
  
  If you are launching a NEW business, service, or product, my toolkits will give you a solid foundation for your copy... but you may need time to see the sales you hope for. If your offer has been well-received by your ideal clients and you generally get good traffic to your website, my toolkits may stand a very good chance at helping you to convert more warm leads into paying customers! But again, sometimes it takes time. That's totally normal. Nurturing our leads is a long game. :)
  
  Remember: making sales depends on more than just copy and messaging. But copy and messaging definitely play a huge role so it's important to learn great strategy!
  
  ‍If you're looking for a quick cash injection, my resources are not a "hail Mary" and you'll more than likely be disappointed. Strong, persuasive copy is a long-term investment.

• Do you teach high-pressure sales funnels techniques?

  I do not teach manipulative, pressure-based funnel strategies that rely on IP address tripwires, countdown timers, etc. If you're looking for something like that, we're not the right fit for each other. I wish you the best of luck!

• I heard that you offer BIPOC student scholarships. Can you tell me more?

  Reparations matter. Going Ultraviolet is proud to offer a 50% off scholarship to Black & Indigenous People of Color on resources that are $200 USD or greater in my shop. These codes will work on Pay In Full AND Pay Plan options.
  
  You can find out if a scholarship code is available for a particular product by looking at the FAQ section on each product's web page. Codes are different for each product, so you might have to check out separately if you are buying more than one at a time.

• Are your resources accessible and inclusive?

  Everyone deserves to learn! Each of my resources come with accessible content: all videos are captioned using Otter.ai, my Google Docs are screen-reader friendly, I provide screen share examples of my templates to help you understand concepts better, and the language I use is as inclusive as possible.
  
  I also love to keep your preferences in mind. In some cases (like in my Digital Product Page Template) you can even choose to download a version of the template that includes hilarious, censored curse words to motivate you as you learn OR download a version that is completely snark-free in case that isn't your thang.
  
  If you ever notice something I can improve, I welcome your feedback! Please email me anytime. I really value your thoughts and I am truly happy to implement updates that make my customers feel safer.

• I'm a copywriter, social media manager, or group program leader. Can I purchase your templates to learn from or license them for my own students?

  COPYWRITERS and SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGERS: Yes, you can purchase my resources to study and learn from! My terms are that you cannot take my methodology, wrap it up into a product, and sell it as your own. But you are 100% welcome to join, learn my strategy, and put it into practice with your custom clients. You're even allowed to add your own signature flare to it as you grow in confidence!   PROGRAM LEADERS: I offer yearly commercial licenses for membership creators and coaches who would like to provide my templates to their students. A custom proposal and written contract is required. Please email me at kristen@goingultraviolet.com for details and a quote.

• Do your resources include graphic design templates?

  No, my resources only come with content strategy. I'm not a graphic designer, I'm a copywriter. I may give some simple design recommendations here and there but overall, I stay in my lane!
  
  You'll be able to hand off your new copy to a designer (I provide killer recs for all my favorites!) OR copy and paste it into a new design on your own. In the past I have loved using platforms like Squarespace to design my own web pages with drag and drop sections, or Canva to create beautiful graphics!

• What is your favorite Starbucks breakfast sando?

  A human after my own heart. Swoon. Thanks for asking. I'm kind of obsessed. ;)
  
  It's usually the Sausage, Egg & Cheddar but when I'm feeling fancy I go for a Double Smoked Bacon, cooked open-faced to crisp up that bacon. I swear, it's so much better this way! No gummy bacon for meeeee!

• What's your refund policy?

  Due to the digital nature of these templates, refunds are not accepted. By purchasing a product from my shop, you agree to these terms.
